Молодёжный сериал о повседневной жизни и работе медика Джона Дориана (Джей Ди). Достаточно чувственный паренёк начинает строить карьеру доктора в очень непростой клинике. Среди коллег он встречает как верных друзей, так и заклятых врагов: уборщик стремится подколоть Джона на каждом шагу своими едкими выходками, да и полнейшее непонимание со стороны одного из старших врачей постоянно ставит главного героя в тупик, а его попытки отыграться лишь изредка оказываются успешными. В сериале есть всё: любовь, чувства, взаимоотношения, дружба и, главное, бесконечное море позитива вперемешку с искромётным чёрным юмором и даже некоторой философией жизни.
